Seeking an experienced lateral partner to lead and grow a corporate transactional practice in Nashville, focused on private equity, venture capital and capital markets work. The role involves originating and executing complex transactions, counseling clients across the deal lifecycle, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated track record of business development, strong technical skills in corporate and finance matters, and the ability to work collaboratively across practices and industry teams.
