An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas office, anchoring a practice that spans corporate transactions, intellectual property, and antitrust and competition work.

The role sits at the intersection of three active practice areas, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation in the life sciences and technology sectors and antitrust litigation connected to private equity clients. Key industry concentrations include private equity, life sciences and technology, and energy.

The successful candidate will bring a portable book of business and be positioned to contribute to the growth of a collaborative, cross-disciplinary Texas practice.
