Lateral Partner — Corporate, IP & Antitrust — Dallas

Senior partner role for an established corporate team with significant Intellectual Property and Antitrust capabilities. The role splits work across M&A and private equity transactions, complex patent litigation (notably life-sciences and technology matters), and antitrust litigation arising from transactions.

The team serves sophisticated transactional and litigation clients and seeks a partner who will combine casework with business development to grow regional and sector-focused practices. Market-facing rate structure and an open compensation model are in place.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in corporate transactions, private equity or M&A
• Substantive experience in patent litigation (life sciences/technology) and/or antitrust litigation
• Proven business development skills and ability to lead cross-practice engagements
