The successful candidate will handle fund formation and hedge-fund related matters alongside structured finance transactions, advising institutional clients and investment managers. This is a partner-level role for a lawyer with a portable practice and a proven record of business generation.

Partner-level experience in fund formation (including hedge funds) and structured finance.
Proven track record of originating or maintaining client relationships and a portable practice.
Experience leading teams and managing client-facing mandates.
Strong business development skills and market reputation in Luxembourg or the broader EU funds market.
