Lateral Partner, Finance (Luxembourg)

Senior finance partner role to lead and grow a Luxembourg-based finance practice within a major international firm. The role focuses on cross-border lending, structured finance and fund finance matters, advising sponsors, banks and corporate borrowers on complex transactions.

Responsibilities include originating and leading transactions, managing and mentoring a team of associates and counsel, and developing client relationships across multiple jurisdictions. The hire will work closely with regional and international teams on multi-jurisdictional deals and regulatory matters.
