Leading international law firm is seeking a senior funds partner to join its Luxembourg funds practice. The role focuses on fund formation and investment management work for cross‑border and domestic investment funds.

This is a hands‑on partner role with responsibility for developing and managing client relationships, leading transactions and coordinating work across jurisdictions. The team advises fund sponsors, managers and institutional investors on structuring, regulatory and transactional matters.

Established partner with a track record in fund formation and investment management matters in Luxembourg.
Portable practice / demonstrable book of business and proven client origination skills.
Strong experience with cross‑border fund structures and regulatory aspects relevant to Luxembourg funds.
Ability to lead teams and collaborate with international offices on multi‑jurisdictional mandates.
