Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Luxembourg funds team. The role focuses on fund formation and investment management work for asset managers, alternative funds and cross-border structures.

The successful candidate will lead transactions and mandates, manage client relationships, and work across a multi-jurisdictional network to deliver fund structuring, regulatory and transactional advice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in Luxembourg fund formation and investment management work
• Strong client development and relationship management record
• Experience leading teams and advising on cross-border fund structures and regulatory issues
