Leading international law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to strengthen its corporate practice in Atlantic City, with a focus on M&A, private equity and capital markets work. The role will originate and lead transactions, advise growth and technology-sector clients, and partner with IP and litigation teams on cross-cutting matters.

The successful candidate will join a growing platform that emphasizes cross-office collaboration across the U.S. and internationally. This is a business-development heavy position: the hire will be expected to expand client relationships, win new mandates, and work closely with industry-focused teams (life sciences, technology, financial services, energy).

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established track record in M&A, PE-related transactions and capital markets (issuer-side experience desirable)
Experience advising technology, life‑sciences, financial‑services or energy clients and working with IP/litigation teams on transactional and contested matters
Proven business development ability and capacity to lead a practice group or significant client portfolio
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work across multiple offices
