Partner — Corporate & Technology Transactions, Atlantic City

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a multidisciplinary Corporate practice focused on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will work with cross-practice teams (including IP and finance) to originate and execute complex deals for issuers, private equity and growth/technology clients.

The team is expanding and seeks an experienced rainmaker who can both originate new mandates and supervise execution. The position combines client development, matter leadership and collaboration with national and international colleagues.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A, capital markets and technology transactions
• Proven client relationships with the ability to originate and cross-sell complex matters
• Strong team leadership and experience working with multi-office, cross-practice deal teams
