Ideal candidates will lead client origination and cross-border matters in life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors. The position offers a platform to build a team and draw on national and international practice resources.
- Portable book of business of $4M (USD)
- Established partner with a strong record in M&A and capital markets (issuer-side experience a plus)
- Demonstrated experience with life sciences, technology, financial services or energy clients
- Track record of client origination, team leadership and cross-practice collaboration
