Partner — Corporate, Technology & IP (Atlantic City)

Leading international practice seeks a partner to expand a busy corporate and technology transactions platform from its Atlantic City office. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets work for technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sector clients, alongside related technology deal work and IP litigation/transaction matters.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, cross-office team and be expected to originate and lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and work with specialists across corporate, IP and litigation practices to deliver integrated client solutions.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Experienced partner with a proven track record in M&A and capital markets (issuer-side experience a plus)
• Significant experience on technology transactions, emerging growth/startup matters, or sector-focused corporate work
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship management skills; ability to lead teams and collaborate across offices
