Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A & Private Equity) — New York or London

Leading international corporate practice seeking a partner-level hire to drive growth across M&A and private equity work. The role is focused on originating and executing complex transactional mandates and helping expand a global transactional platform.

The team is location-flexible with particular interest in candidates based in New York or London who can bridge US and UK markets. The group values long-term platform fit and commercial drive over rigid portable-book thresholds.

• Established partner-level experience advising on M&A and private equity transactions
• Proven track record of leading complex deals and managing senior client relationships
• Demonstrable business development capability and appetite to grow a transactional platform (portable book helpful but not determinative)
• Admission/qualification in relevant jurisdictions (US, UK or EU) and ability to work across multiple offices
• Ability to collaborate within a global team and contribute to practice development
