Seeking an equity partner to join a major international firm's US transactional platform focused on accelerating growth across corporate workstreams. The role emphasizes high-value M&A, private equity and capital markets matters and is aimed at partners who will drive origination and grow a US principal compensation pool.

Primary geographic focus is New York and the Bay Area, with consideration for candidates in other US offices (Miami not under consideration). The team values partners who can lead complex cross-border transactions, manage deal teams and deepen client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established corporate transactional practice with significant M&A / private equity / capital markets experience
• Demonstrated client origination and sustained revenue generation at the partner level
• Proven ability to lead deal teams and work on cross-border matters
