Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Chicago

Senior corporate partner opportunity to lead and grow a transactional M&A practice from the firm's Chicago office. The role focuses on buy- and sell-side M&A work, cross-border and domestic transactional matters, and advising boards and management on corporate governance and transactional strategy.

This position requires a proven rainmaker comfortable originating and executing complex transactions, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across practices and offices. The successful candidate will join a broad corporate platform and help drive business development and client service in the Midwest market.

• Established partner-level track record in M&A and corporate transactional work
• Proven business development and client origination experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills; experience mentoring associates
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible to be admitted
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
