Lateral Partner, Corporate (Private Equity & M&A) — London

Lead partner hire for a London-based corporate team focused on private equity and M&A. The role is a front‑facing originator position: building relationships with asset managers and private investors, originating and executing mid-to-large PE transactions, and helping scale the practice.

The team seeks an established rainmaker to accelerate growth in the UK and select European markets. You will sit at partner level, contribute to firm strategy for the sector, and work closely with senior deal teams on cross-border mandates.
