Leading international law firm is seeking a corporate partner to join its Raleigh office. The role focuses on advising corporate clients on M&A, transactional matters and governance, and requires a partner who will build and lead a client-facing practice in the region.

The successful candidate will join a full-service corporate team that handles cross-border and domestic transactions, with access to national resources and sector specialists. This is a partner-track hire for an attorney with demonstrable origination and relationship-management strengths.
