Apply in confidence →Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a busy Employment & Labor practice in Charlotte. The role will involve counseling employers on workplace compliance, wage-and-hour issues, discrimination and retaliation claims, and collective bargaining matters.
The team advises regional and national employers across a range of industries. This is a partnership-track lateral role for an experienced employment lawyer who will take a leading role on client matters and help grow the practice locally.
- Established partner with significant experience in labor and employment law.
- Proven litigation and/or counseling track record before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
- Demonstrated client development ability; portable practice or book of business welcomed.
- Bar admission in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to practice in the U.S.
