Partner, Employment & Labor — Charlotte

Established national Employment & Labor practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Charlotte office. The role focuses on representing employers in complex employment litigation with a heavy emphasis on discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class/collective actions, while also advising on broader labor and employment matters.

The ideal partner will lead and develop regional litigation matters, mentor junior attorneys, and work closely with practice leaders on business development and client management. This is a client-facing role with significant responsibility for case strategy and team oversight.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in employment litigation, including discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class actions
• Proven track record of leading teams, supervising associates, and managing high-stakes litigation
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain admission)
