Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor, Charlotte

Senior employment & labor partner opportunity to join a national practice with a busy Charlotte office. The role focuses on leading complex employment counseling, litigation and labor matters, advising employers across industries, and managing high‑value workplace disputes and preventative employment strategies.

You'll lead and grow client relationships, mentor and manage team members in the office, and contribute to practice development and cross‑office collaboration. The position suits an established partner with a track record of originating and sustaining employer-side work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in employment & labor law with a mix of counseling, litigation and labor relations matters
• Proven business development and client relationship management skills
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading teams
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain it
