Senior partner opportunity in a busy employment and labor practice in Chicago. The role focuses on leading discrimination, wage & hour and class action matters across litigation and dispute-resolution work for large employers.

The hire will build and manage a team, expand client relationships, and be a visible rainmaker in the market. The position favors experienced trial and class-action practitioners accustomed to high-volume, complex employment litigation.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner-level experience in employment & labor litigation, with a strong focus on discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class actions
  • Proven client development and relationship-management track record
  • Ability to lead teams and handle high-stakes courtroom and class/collective proceedings
