Target candidates will collaborate across offices, help grow transactional and litigation workstreams, and work within a flexible billing and compensation framework (equity considered case-by-case). The role is a priority for southeast-based candidates, with openness to strong laterals from other U.S. markets.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level track record in corporate transactions, IP litigation or employment/ERISA matters
- Established client relationships and demonstrable origination capability
- Experience leading teams and developing junior lawyers
