You'll lead client engagements, develop and expand a business pipeline, and mentor junior lawyers across the practice. The team advises corporate clients on both transactional and counseling matters related to employment law and executive pay.
- Proven partner- or senior-level experience in employment & labor law, including executive compensation and benefits.
- Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing deal teams and supervising associates.
- Bar admission and good standing in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
