Senior partner hire sought to lead and grow the Employment & Labor practice in the firm's Delaware office. The role combines high-end labor & employment litigation and counseling with responsibility for executive compensation and benefits matters.

You will manage and develop a team, handle complex client work across the US, and play a visible role in business development for the practice area. The firm is investing in additional senior hires to broaden its capabilities and client reach.
