Senior partner hire sought for a well-established employment and labor practice in Delaware. The role focuses on counseling employers on labor & employment matters with a significant emphasis on executive compensation and benefits.

You'll lead client engagements, develop and expand a business pipeline, and mentor junior lawyers across the practice. The team advises corporate clients on both transactional and counseling matters related to employment law and executive pay.

  • Proven partner- or senior-level experience in employment & labor law, including executive compensation and benefits.
  • Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing deal teams and supervising associates.
  • Bar admission and good standing in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
