Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy real estate and construction practice in Delaware. The role will handle a blend of transactional and contested matters across development, commercial real estate, and construction disputes, with occasional hospitality-related and succession-planning work.

The firm is looking for an experienced lawyer who can originate and manage client relationships, collaborate with litigation and estate planning colleagues, and help grow the local practice. This is a partner-level opportunity for a lawyer with a portable practice or demonstrable client development capabilities.

Established partner with substantial experience in commercial real estate and construction matters (transactional and/or litigation).
Proven business development record or portable client relationships; ability to expand regional practice.
Comfort working with complementary practices, including estate planning/succession work and hospitality-related matters.
Admission to practice in Delaware or ability to become admitted; strong client-service and team leadership skills.
