Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Silicon Valley

Seeking a partner to join a busy Employment & Labor litigation team in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on managing complex workplace disputes across state and federal forums, leading litigation strategy, and supervising associates on high‑stakes matters.

The successful candidate will build and expand client relationships, handle courtroom and dispositive motion work, and collaborate with cross‑practice colleagues on employment-related risk counseling. A portable practice or the ability to generate new business is welcomed.

• Partner-level experience handling employment and labor litigation in state and federal courts
• Proven trial and dispositive-motion experience and strong litigation drafting and advocacy skills
• Track record of developing client relationships and contributing to business development; portable book of business welcomed
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and managing case teams
