The role combines client counseling, transactional work and litigation support for employers across a range of industries.
The partner will help grow and lead a team, advise on executive compensation structures, ERISA and benefit-plan matters, and handle sensitive employment disputes and compliance issues. A portable practice or demonstrated client origination capability is welcome.
- Partner-level experience in employment and labor law, with significant executive compensation/benefits work
- Proven track record of client development and leading matters or practice groups; portable business preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation and litigation-management skills; experience with ERISA and benefit-plan counseling
- Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Minnesota and ability to work from the Minneapolis office
