Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Richmond. The role will focus on leading and growing local employment and labor matters across counseling, litigation, and labor relations.

The successful candidate will help develop and mentor junior lawyers, collaborate with firm-wide teams on regional and national matters, and bring a client-focused approach to building a portable practice.

Established partner with significant experience in employment and labor law (litigation, counseling, and labor relations).
Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; a portable practice is welcome.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; experience collaborating with cross-office teams.
Active bar admission in Virginia or ability to obtain admission.
