Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Washington, D.C. The role combines counseling, labor relations and employment litigation work for a broad range of employer-side clients across industries.

The successful candidate will help expand and lead the local practice, collaborate with a national team, and contribute to business development efforts. The role is suited to a partner with an established, portable employment practice who can win and manage client relationships.

• Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including counseling and litigation
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop business, and collaborate across offices
• Strong written and oral advocacy and client-service skills
