The ideal candidate will have an established practice in traditional labor and employment matters and will work closely with senior lawyers across the office and national platform. A partner with a portable book of business and a track record of originating and expanding client relationships is encouraged to apply.
- Partner-level experience in labor and employment law, with substantial courtroom and/or counseling experience
- Proven business development and client-management skills; portable practice preferred
- Comfort working on collective bargaining, employment litigation, and routine employment counseling
- Bar admission in D.C. (or willingness to become admitted) and strong professional references
