Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor — Washington, D.C.

Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join and strengthen its Employment & Labor practice in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on providing high‑quality counseling and litigation services to a diverse range of employers across the public and private sectors.

The ideal candidate will have an established practice in traditional labor and employment matters and will work closely with senior lawyers across the office and national platform. A partner with a portable book of business and a track record of originating and expanding client relationships is encouraged to apply.

• Partner-level experience in labor and employment law, with substantial courtroom and/or counseling experience
• Proven business development and client-management skills; portable practice preferred
• Comfort working on collective bargaining, employment litigation, and routine employment counseling
• Bar admission in D.C. (or willingness to become admitted) and strong professional references
