Lateral Partner, Employment & Tax — Dusseldorf

Senior partner-level role to lead and grow an established Employment & Labor and Tax practice in the Dusseldorf office. The role combines fee-earning client work with team leadership and business development across corporate employment, compensation, restructuring and tax-related advisory matters.

You'll advise domestic and international clients on complex employment and tax issues, manage and mentor associates, and work closely with other practice groups on cross-border mandates. The appointment is focused on building the practice and developing new client relationships.

• Proven partner-level track record in employment and/or tax advisory work
• Strong business development skills and existing client relationships
• Qualified/admitted to practise in Germany (or equivalent experience)
