Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental, Atlantic City

Seeking an experienced partner to lead and expand an energy and environmental practice in the Atlantic City area. The role will handle regulatory counseling, permitting, transactional work and environmental litigation support across regional matters.

The position involves developing business, managing and mentoring teams, and collaborating with cross-practice colleagues. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record in energy/environmental matters are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law.
• Strong regulatory and transactional experience (permitting, compliance, renewables, utilities, or environmental litigation).
• Proven business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships; portable practice a plus.
• Team leadership and mentoring experience; collaborative approach with other practice groups.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly.
