Senior partner opportunity in Denver for an experienced energy and environmental lawyer. The role focuses on counseling and representing clients across regulatory, permitting, compliance and transactional matters in the energy sector.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience with environmental regulatory frameworks, including EPA-related matters and state regulatory regimes, and a track record of advising energy clients on complex compliance and transactional issues.

The firm seeks a partner who can grow a regional practice; a portable practice or demonstrated client origination and relationship development is valued.

Established partner with significant experience in energy and environmental law.
Practical experience with environmental regulatory matters (EPA and state regulators) and related permitting/compliance work.
Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships; portable practice or demonstrated origination is preferred.
Strong technical and drafting skills for regulatory filings, transactional documents and counseling.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
