Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental Litigation, Sioux Falls

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an Energy and Environmental practice from the firm's Sioux Falls office. The role combines litigation, regulatory work, and transactional matters across energy and infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will have an established practice, handle both disputes and regulatory compliance matters, and work closely with local and national teams to serve utility, energy developer, and infrastructure clients.

• Partner-level experience in energy or environmental law with a mix of litigation, regulatory and transactional matters
• Proven record of leading matters and managing teams; strong writing and courtroom advocacy as needed
• Portable client relationships and business development capability desirable
• Admission to the relevant state bar or ability to become admitted; excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
