Senior partner opportunity for an established energy and environmental practice based in Munich. The role focuses on infrastructure-related work across the energy and environmental sectors and will lead matters and client relationships regionally and internationally.

This is a location‑agnostic role with a flexible working arrangement. The team offers competitive billing rates and evaluates candidates on a sliding scale according to experience and client base.

Portable client relationships are welcome; the successful candidate will be expected to develop and expand a senior-level practice while contributing to firm-wide business development.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and environmental work, with a focus on infrastructure matters
Track record of leading complex transactions or regulatory matters and managing teams
Demonstrable client origination or portable client relationships
Strong commercial judgment and ability to develop business across Germany and international markets
