Established national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to lead and grow its Energy & Environmental practice in Salt Lake City. The role will combine regulatory counseling, permitting and enforcement defense work, and transactional support for clients across the energy sector.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience with EPA and state environmental regulatory matters, strong relationships in the energy industry, and a track record of originating or developing work. The firm offers platform resources and client cross‑referral opportunities to expand a portable practice.

Experienced environmental/energy partner with significant regulatory and permitting experience (EPA and state agencies preferred)
Proven business development record and ability to bring or grow client relationships; portable practice welcomed
Admissions to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and good standing
Strong drafting, negotiation and courtroom/administrative advocacy skills
