Lateral Partner, Energy & Maritime — Los Angeles

Leading law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles team to lead and grow work across energy, maritime and infrastructure-related matters. The role focuses on cross-disciplinary matters involving energy tax, renewable energy projects, maritime construction and related regulatory work.

The successful candidate will take a visible role building a practice, collaborating with national teams and advising clients on transactional, regulatory and tax aspects of energy and maritime projects. This is an opportunity to shape a market-facing practice in a busy West Coast office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in energy and maritime matters, including renewable energy and construction-related work
• Strong background in energy tax and regulatory issues
• Proven track record of originating and leading client relationships and cross-practice collaborations
