Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking and Corporate, Dallas

Senior partner opportunity for an experienced finance and corporate lawyer to join a well-established US practice in Dallas. The role will focus on leading complex financing matters, advising institutional clients on fund and asset-management structures, and supporting cross-border and domestic corporate transactions.

The team handles a mix of investment-management and asset-management work alongside broader corporate finance mandates. The role requires client-facing leadership, significant deal and fund experience, and an ability to originate and grow client relationships within the region.
