The partner will work with an established team, supervise junior lawyers, and advise on complex documentation and deal execution. A proven track record of originating and maintaining client relationships is important; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable origination capability are encouraged to apply.

Admitted to practice in the United States (state-bar specifics as applicable)
Substantial experience advising on leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
