Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking / Corporate — Baltimore

Senior finance and corporate partner opportunity in Baltimore with a strong transactional focus across banking, private credit and corporate finance. The role will work with institutional lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers on financing and fund-related matters.

We are seeking an experienced partner who can originate and lead transactions, manage client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a hands-on role with a mix of deal execution, business development and practice management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in finance/banking transactions, including private credit or corporate finance
• Ability to originate new business and manage client relationships
• Bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
