The role will focus on originating and advising on commercial lending, syndicated loans, and related financing transactions across domestic clients.
The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary finance team, advising borrowers and lenders on complex credit facilities and driving client development. This is a client-facing leadership position with responsibility for generating new business and mentoring senior associates.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions
- Strong client origination and relationship management skills
- Active admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
