Leading national law firm seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Minneapolis. The role focuses on leveraged and structured finance transactions, advising lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers on complex financings and secured lending arrangements.

The partner will lead deal teams, manage client relationships and originate business. This is an opportunity for an experienced finance partner to join a collaborative, transaction-focused practice and expand a portable practice in the region.

Partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Proven track record leading complex financings and managing deal teams
Demonstrable client origination and relationship management skills; portable practice preferred
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and active practice status
Strong drafting, commercial judgment and business development abilities
