Leading international firm seeks a partner to strengthen its Finance & Banking practice in Paris. The role will focus on complex banking and finance transactions for a range of corporate and financial institution clients.

The successful candidate will join an established cross-border team, working on high-value, transactional matters and coordinating with international offices. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships is welcome.

Partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions (syndicated lending, acquisition finance, leveraged finance and/or corporate lending).
Proven track record of leading deals and managing teams on complex cross-border matters.
Proven ability to originate business or bring a portable practice.
Strong communication skills in French and English; admission to a relevant bar or ability to practice in France preferred.
