Experienced finance partner sought to lead and grow a transactional banking and finance practice from the Sacramento office. The role will involve advising borrowers and lenders on a range of financing transactions, supervising deal teams and developing new client relationships.

This is a partner-level opening for an attorney with an established finance practice; a portable book of business is welcome. The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team and work on complex, market-facing matters for corporate and financial institution clients.

Established partner-level background in lending and finance transactions (syndicated loans, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, or similar).
Demonstrable track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable client matters welcomed.
Strong technical drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; experience supervising associates and supporting business development.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Sacramento office.
