Partner — Finance & Banking, IP Litigation, Sacramento

Senior partner opportunity in Sacramento for an established finance and litigation practitioner with a strong intellectual property litigation background. The role will lead cross-practice matters that combine leveraged/structured finance work with patent litigation and related IP disputes.

The team serves sophisticated corporate clients across industries; the partner will be expected to originate and manage engagements, supervise associates, and collaborate with national practice groups. This is an equity-track lateral leadership role based in the Sacramento office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in leveraged and structured finance and patent litigation
• Proven track record of originating and expanding client relationships
• Active California bar admission and experience managing teams
