Senior partner-level role for an established finance and securities practice in Salt Lake City. The role will lead transactional work across debt and capital markets, advise corporate and issuer clients, and develop originating relationships.

Ideal candidate will join an experienced team handling complex financings and securities matters and will play a leading role on client development, pitch work, and practice strategy. The hiring office supports cross-office collaboration on larger national and regional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in finance, capital markets and securities transactions
• Proven business development track record and client relationship management
