The successful candidate will build and manage a practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work on high-value, complex matters across litigation and structured/leveraged finance.
- Established partner with a track record in patent litigation and finance-related disputes
- Experience advising on structured and leveraged finance matters
- Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and manage client teams
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
