Established partner with significant experience in capital markets, securities transactions and finance.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; ability to bring or grow a portable practice is welcome.
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable advising on regulatory and disclosure issues.
Active bar admission in the United States and eligibility to practice in the Philadelphia market.
