The role requires a visible rainmaker who will originate and manage client relationships, collaborate across practice groups and mentor junior lawyers. This is a front‑facing position with significant business development and team leadership responsibilities.

Extensive partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and finance transactions
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships
