Partner opportunity in the Healthcare and Education practices at a leading national law firm’s Oakland office. The role focuses on counseling healthcare providers, educational institutions, and life‑sciences organizations on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The firm is interested in experienced partners with a portable practice who can build and lead teams, originate work across the sector groups, and deepen client relationships. Candidates nationwide will be considered; remote discussions are welcome for strong portable books of business aligned to these industries.

Established partner or counsel with a substantive Healthcare and/or Education practice.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Experience advising healthcare providers, life‑sciences companies, or educational institutions on regulatory, transactional or compliance matters.
Bar admission in California or ability to qualify for admission.
