Seeking a partner to join a well-established finance and capital markets practice in the firm's Oakland office. The role will focus on leading complex financing transactions and advising corporate and institutional clients across a range of debt and capital-markets matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and will be expected to develop client relationships, originate work, and contribute to practice growth. The office is open to candidates from outside the immediate region and welcomes partners with a portable practice aligned to finance or capital markets.

Partner-level experience in finance and capital markets transactions
Proven track record of originating and managing complex financings
Strong client-development and relationship-management skills; ability to bring a portable practice
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project-management abilities
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to qualify quickly
