Well-established law firm seek a senior partner to lead and grow its Energy and Environmental practice in the Oakland office. The role combines client development, matter leadership, and mentoring of junior lawyers across transactional and regulatory matters in the energy and environmental sectors.

Open to candidates nationwide; the firm is particularly interested in lateral partners with an existing, portable practice in energy and/or environmental work. This is an opportunity to join a full-service firm with a significant regional platform and national client work.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal or regulatory matters.
Bar admission in California or ability to become admitted and eligible to practice in the state.
Strong people-management and business-development capabilities; portable book of business preferred.
