Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy industry-focused practice advising clients across technology, media & entertainment and transportation sectors. The role combines client counseling, transactional work and regulatory/industry-specific matters and will sit in the firm's Oakland office.

The successful candidate will lead and grow client relationships, work across multidisciplinary teams and help expand the practice's sector coverage. The hiring team is open to candidates nationwide and receptive to partners with a portable practice.

Established partner-level track record in technology, media & entertainment or transportation matters.
Proven business development ability and experience managing client relationships and bringing a portable practice.
Experience leading deal teams, coordinating cross-practice work and mentoring junior lawyers.
Active bar admission and strong commercial judgment; familiarity with regulatory and industry-specific issues relevant to the sectors.
