Senior healthcare partner role in Beijing leading and developing a cross-border life sciences practice. The role will advise clients across the healthcare and life sciences sector on regulatory, commercial and transactional matters, and build a local team.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial partner with an established, portable practice who can originate work, manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers. The position is being offered on a location‑agnostic basis with compensation evaluated on a sliding scale against experience and client portfolio.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences work (regulatory, commercial or transactional).
Portable book of business or demonstrable origination record supporting a senior hire.
Strong client relationship and team leadership skills; experience running or scaling a practice.
Qualifications and admissions appropriate for advising clients in China and cross-border matters.
