Senior partner opportunity in a national practice focused on healthcare and life sciences, based in Sacramento with flexible/location-agnostic arrangements. The role will lead and grow transactional and advisory work across health-system, provider, life-science company and regulatory matters.

Successful candidates will build and manage a team, originate and steward client relationships, and work collaboratively with broader national and cross‑practice groups on complex matters. The position offers a mix of client development, matter leadership and strategic firm contribution.

Established partner with a proven track record in healthcare and/or life‑sciences law.
Portable client relationships and demonstrable business development ability preferred.
Experience leading teams and high‑value, complex matters (transactions, regulatory counseling, or similar engagements).
Licensed or able to obtain admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
